The British Book Awards, aka The Nibbies, is a celebration of books: it affirms, connects and energises the world of reading by showcasing those who create stories and everyone who plays a role in bringing those stories to life.

The award aims to reward excellent writing, spotlight the creativity, passion and power on display throughout the book industry, celebrate every step of the process of creating a book, from the author's mind to booksellers' shelves to readers' hands, and to connect audiences thorugh their love of reading.
